Masahiko Akahori

Engaged in M&A and PMI at Serendip Consulting, then served as Director CFO at Globalway and Tokyo Tsushin Group. Led approximately 30 M&A and PMI transactions, business revitalizations, and organizational reforms. Possesses extensive experience in both investment and corporate management.

Junko Habu

After working in the FAS division of EY and the securitized product structuring team of an investment bank, she served as IR lead at Unison Capital for 8 years. Subsequently, she has held IR positions including at a listed biotech venture company, accumulating extensive experience and a proven track record in investor relations.

Yuhei Hara

Spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and New York, serving as Managing Director. After serving as an angel investor and Vice President/COO of Cellid, and as CFO of UPSIDER Holdings, he joined TRP. He has extensive experience in global finance and AI startup management.

Nana Hasegawa

Joined Aizawa Securities as a new graduate and was responsible for retail and corporate sales, becoming the first individual recipient of the President’s Award. Since 2022, she has worked in the Solutions Department, engaging in management support such as business succession and IPO support, as well as building alliances with regional financial institutions and government bodies.

Masahide Ikemoto

After working in investment banking at SMBC Nikko Securities and at Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, he was engaged at Smart Capital in proprietary investment and support for PE and large enterprises. He has extensive experience in M&A, PMI, strategy development, cost reduction, and more. He has been involved in launching multiple funds and is well-versed in fund management.

Hiroyuki Imamura

He was responsible for accounting, tax, and fund management/financing at multiple real estate fund management companies (Tosei Asset Advisors and Japan Real Estate Asset Management) and a tax accountant corporation.

Yosuke Kikuchi

Joined Nippon Life Insurance as a new graduate and engaged in individual and corporate sales. Joined TRP in October 2025.

Kiyoto Matsuda

After working at the Industrial Bank of Japan and Mizuho FG, he joined Unison Capital as a Partner in 2008. In 2012, he founded Topaz Capital, Japan’s first private credit fund. Since then, he has been involved in launching multiple businesses and funds. In 2022, he founded TRP.

Yugo Minemura

Engaged in M&A and real estate securitization within the investment banking divisions of Sumitomo Bank, Mizuho Securities, Morgan Stanley, and SMBC Nikko Securities. He is well-versed in real estate and finance, having served as the Head of J-REIT Management at Invesco and as a Director at Suruga Bank.

Yuta Miyata

Engaged in strategy and business development consulting at Sigmaxyz in the consumer goods, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Led projects in digital marketing, AI, and organizational transformation. After going independent, joined TRP after managing an e-commerce business and supporting local governments with policy planning and execution.

Naoki Mori

Admitted to the bar in 2001. In 2009, he was involved from the preparation stage for the establishment of the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation of Japan, and as a Director, handled numerous support engagements. After returning to his firm (now LM Toranomon Minami Law Office), he has built an extensive track record in corporate restructuring and M&A. A founding member of TRP.

Yasuhito Nango

After working at The Bank of Kyoto, he engaged in M&A at Yamada Consulting Group. Since 2022, he has been with Japan Private Equity. He has extensive experience and strengths in consistently overseeing investment operations from sourcing through exit.

Yasutaka Nozawa

After serving as General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department and Executive Officer and General Manager of the Sales Planning Department at the Bank of Yokohama, he was appointed Representative Director and Managing Executive Officer. He has extensive experience in markets, risk management, corporate planning, and IT. After stepping down, he served as Representative Director and Chairman of the Board of Hamagin Research Institute. He has been a member of the Financial System Council since 2025.

Shinjiro Takeuchi

Engaged in investment banking at Mizuho Securities, handling overseas projects. Specialized in tax law at Harvard Law School. With experience in middle and back-office operations at Polaris Capital Group Singapore office, he possesses strengths in both finance and legal affairs.

Takashi Yoshikai

After serving as Director and General Planning Department Manager at Fukuoka Bank, he held positions as Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President at Fukuoka Financial Group and Executive Vice President at Fukuoka Bank. He has extensive expertise in regional financial institution management, reorganization and integration, and business revitalization. Founding member of TRP. Appointed as Financial Services Agency Counselor in 2019 and served as Financial System Council member from 2021 to 2025.

Shuta Yoshimura

After working in the Investment Banking Division of SMBC Nikko Securities on M&A, POs, and IPOs, he was engaged in private equity fund operations at MSD and TEPCO Timeless Capital. He has an extensive track record in the M&A field.
