Basic Policy Against
Antisocial Forces

Topaz Regional Partners Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby declares the following basic policy in order to prevent damage caused by groups or individuals (so-called anti-social forces) that pursue economic gain through violence, intimidation, and fraudulent means.

1. The Company will have no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces.
2. In order to prevent damage caused by anti-social forces, the Company will cooperate with external specialist organizations such as the police, the Center for the Promotion of Movement for the Elimination of Violence, and attorneys, and will respond in an organized and appropriate manner.
3. The Company will not comply with any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces and will take resolute legal action.
4. The Company will not provide funds to anti-social forces or engage in any under-the-table dealings.
5. The Company will ensure the safety of those who respond to unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
